ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA

To become an Accredited Trainer, candidates must demonstrate competency in two areas:

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Relevant academic qualification (Degree/Diploma) OR
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable industry experience in the subject you wish to teach.

Instructional Competence

  • Possession of a recognized Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate, OR
  • Proof of substantial teaching hours (e.g., lecture logs, corporate training records).

PATHWAY TO
ACCREDITATION

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit your CV, educational certificates, and portfolio of training experience via the portal.

Step 2: Competency Review

Our Academic Board reviews your credentials to ensure they align with the IATEC syllabus standards.

Step 3: Interview / Demo

You may be asked to conduct a short micro-teaching session to demonstrate your delivery style and communication skills.

Step 4: Accreditation & Badge

Upon approval, you receive your Accredited Trainer Certificate, ID number, and digital assets to use in your marketing.
